7.2. By publishing content on the platform, you grant Prestige Swinger a worldwide, non-exclusive, free, and revocable license to Host, Display, Reproduce, Technically Adapt, and Distribute internally on the platform.

7.3. The user guarantees they have rights to the published content and that all persons depicted are of legal age with valid consent.

8.1. Personal data processing is carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese legislation.

8.2. Collected data may include Name/Pseudonym, Email, submitted content, IP, and technical data.

8.3. Data is used for account management, security, moderation, and compliance with legal obligations.

8.4. The user may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Limitation, Portability, and Objection.

9.1. Although we adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures, Prestige Swinger does not guarantee absolute security of the platform.

11.2. The user may close the account at any time in their Dashboard (user management area).

12.1. Prestige Swinger provides the platform "as is" and "as available".

12.2. We do not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of errors.

12.3. Prestige Swinger will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or interactions between users.

13.1. All platform content (Brand, Logos, Design, Software) belongs to Prestige Swinger or its respective licensors.

13.2. Any reproduction or copy without prior written authorization is prohibited.

14.1. The user may report inappropriate content or behavior through the site's tools.

14.2. We reserve the right to investigate, remove content, and cooperate with competent authorities.

15.1. The user undertakes to use the site in compliance with Portuguese laws and European regulations.

15.2. Use for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, pedophilia, or any criminal activity is prohibited.

16.1. Prestige Swinger may change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17.1. These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. In case of dispute, the court of the district of the operating entity's headquarters shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise mandatory by law.
